If you have taken an overdose or you have harmed yourself call 999 immediately and ask for help, alternatively go to your nearest Accident and Emergency department.
If you are already known to mental health services and feel that you are relapsing and this is within working hours (i.e. 9-5 Monday – Friday), call your care co-ordinator in your local Community Mental Health Team or Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team if your care co-ordinator is not available speak to the duty worker.
