Over the past twelve months NHS Canterbury and Coastal Clinical Commissioning Group has sought public feedback on how we can make improvements to health services so that they are more relevant to the people that use them.
All of this feedback has resulted in a draft five year strategy and an operating plan covering the next two years.
We would now like to invite local people and organisations to review these documents and provide their views to help us further refine and develop our plans. For ease, and based on previous comments, there are two versions – the full document and a summary.
Please be aware that these are still in early draft and so there are a number of gaps which we still need to complete. Some information, such as on current performance, is accurate as of now, but will need updating at the end of the financial year.
We welcome your feedback on any aspect of the documents, but in a particular we are interested in your thoughts on:
- Is the language used in the documents easy to understand?
- Is our vision clear? And does it capture feedback you may have previously provided? (Please note that the detail of specific changes will be developed over the coming months)
- Is the summary version helpful? Is there any way we can improve this document?
- Is there anything else you would like to see included in our plans?
To help us meet national deadlines for completing these documents we would welcome your comments by 18 March.
Please use the comments box on this page to provide any feedback.
