NHS Canterbury and Coastal Clinical Commissioning Group is urging people to complete their survey on community services before Friday 31 January.
The survey is an opportunity for people to share their experiences of existing community health and social care services across the area. Views will be used to help the CCG understand what improvements could be made to services in the future.
Community services can include patients being seen at home, in care homes, in community hospitals or through neighbourhood teams. Clinicians providing community services often work closely with the voluntary sector and carers to help people to stay healthy, manage long-term conditions or regain their health after a period of being unwell.
Dr Geoff Jones, NHS Canterbury and Coastal CCG clinical lead for community services, said: “Our survey will be closing in a matter of days and we want as many people as possible to have their say. People’s feedback will help us focus in on where improvements are most needed.
“Please take a couple of minutes to fill in the survey, either through our website or by popping along to your local practice where you should be able to find printed copies.”
The survey is available here. Printed copies should also be available at local practices.
For further information, to request a paper copy of the survey, or to provide your feedback through a focus group or telephone survey, please call 01227 795040 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
